About Registration Night
Please be Prepared
Once you have been given a roster spot you need to keep an eye on our online schedule. We also encourage athletes to come to open gyms when they are posted. This is so we can meet the players, and make sure they are prepared for the upcoming session. On opening night we will discuss schedules, expectations, rules, conduct and present a JPA contract. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions about our program.
* Registration fee is currently $245.00 per player. If a player is unable to provide the fee, please contact us and we will try to find a way to underwrite it or allocate funds from the Hanson Benevento Fund. This fund is monitored by General Manager Jeff Murray. If you require assistance contact him. His contact information is available at the bottom of this page.
* An athletic waiver form must be submitted as soon as possible. These forms are not available on-line. We intentionaly do not make them available online because coaches need to provide this form to only those who were offered a roster spot. You must contact us or get a form from a coach at any practice or game. Coach Sanborn carries them at all times. Keep an eye on the posted calendar to see where we are.
* A current physical must be kept on file with us. Our insurance carrier requires we have an up-to-date physical readiness form on file for your athlete. This must passed in to us before the participant can play. It also must be less than one year old. We also do not accept originals, it must be a copy.
