If you haven't familiarized yourself with the Journeyman Basketball organization by reading about us on the web site, you should at lease download the PDF "Welcome to Journeyman." This document will tell you a bit about who we are, what we do, how to sign up and what will be expected of you. Another great document you'll want to read is "Who We Are," which goes into more depth about the program, our mission and philosophy and the important things we stress throughout our program.
Journeyman Basketball has a few forms and informational downloads of which you need to be aware. You may download them in PDF format from this page. The first section are important documents each player and parent must read and understand. The second section are documents pertaining to specific events you might download to better understand the event, to register for an event, voting, etc.
Section 1
The Parent Code of Conduct download
Every parent or guardian must read, sign and return this contract when signing a player up for either Journeyman or J-Hawk Basketball. In short, it outlines how you need to behave towards your child, other children, officials and the entire organization. It explains how to address concerns as they may arise, and outlines our disiplinary guidelines. It is important to note, that even if you do not sign the contact, enrolling your child in our organization implies you have agreed to the terms of the document. Players' Association Player Contract download
The Players' Association is made up of all the players in the organization. We help to set and enforce the rules of Journeyman Basketball, with help from the Board, coaches and other volunteers. We raise money not only for Journeyman but for outside charities as well. We take giving back to the community seriously. We hold meetings to plan for fundraisers and other special events. All players must acknowledge these rules and sign this contract before participating in a session.
Athletic Waiver Agreement download
This is a legal agreement which absolves Journeyman basketball from liability should an injury occur during any Journeyman event. The sport of basketball has inherent risks and no one should enter into our program without the understanding injuries can occur. Among other things, this document also provides permission for emergency medical treatment should the child require it. This document must be signed and returned during child sign-ups.
Advisory to Student Athletes download
State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services issued this advisory in September 2009. It deals specifically with the H1N1 virus (swine flu.) Though the immediate issue has passed, their recommendations make much sense for general hygene and keeping our players safe from other viruses. Please download this and read it.

Journeyman Goal Sheet download
Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn this vision of the future into reality. This sheet is for our players to fill out and return to Journeyman. This will help the player and the staff focus on what is the important goal for the player.
