NOMINATION COMMITTEE. The Journeyman Nomination Committee posts one day to meet. Those that do not attend must submit choices in advance. This meeting is scheduled with the following in mind 1. Meet late in the season to get as many examples of award descriptions though the athletes performance 2. Meet early enough to order awards to meet posted award ceremony deadlines. Meeting Purpose To Nominate all prospective award recipients. 6th Man/Star - Use current nomination process Best Defensive - Nominate as many determined my the board and 3 that are not in PSP top ten. CE Coffey / Leonard (rename award?) - Nominate as many determined my the board and a minimum of 3 that are not in PSP top ten. The Vinny - Simply choose a winner (Rare) MVP - A minimum of one must be chosen from each team. 3 names must be determined outside the top 10. Journeyman Award - Turn this over to the JPA. Consider moving coaching staff from it and not awarded unless the standards are truly met.
