For someone’s effort that was never in question and character that was always superior Journeyman bestows their highest honor. We welcome Aaron Share to our Hall of Fame.
Aaron’s career with our program spanned 7 years. In this time, he maintained reliability in many fundamental areas of the sport. A solid rebounder, great finisher and reliable from behind the arch. But the definition of a Journeyman isn’t imbedded in stats and in game performance. It is your ability to show great effort, be a great teammate, inspire others to win and never quit. Aaron met Journeyman standards in all of these categories. He also grasped the concepts of being a Journeyman early in his time with us and continued to support the program when he could. Furthermore, Aaron could be seen at the stat bench volunteering his time for others and being a voice of support for teammates regularly.
A team that drafted Aaron Share would get commitment, a will to win and undeniable effort. He was an easy selection to make when building a Journeyman team. He never put himself above the teams’ goals and inspired others to give their best effort.
Some of Aaron’s individual achievements include, JJE-50 Division 1 6th Man Award Winner, JJE-55 Division 1 All-Star Game Most Valuable Player, JJE-55 Division 1 CE Coffey Award Winner co-recipient, SJE-59 Senior Division All-Star Game Most Valuable Player and SJE-62 Senior Division Most Valuable Player. In his tenure with Journeyman he achieved 22 Career Double Doubles and has earned Player of the Game honors 19 times!
